Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Dominate "Real Trends 500 List"

On the heels of Steinborn & Associates Real Estate’s announcement that it is now a member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network came the "Real Trends 500 List" which shows the dominance of LRECW compared to other independents and franchises.  Even in a challenging housing market, LeadingRE members still had over 130,000 more closed transactions than the closest national franchise brand, according to “REAL Trends’ Top 500” report on last year’s sales. Members had almost 30% of the total transactions and included six of the top 10 companies. In 88 of the top markets, members were #1 in either units or volume in 40% of those cities.

Las Cruces Main Street Project to go forward

Las Cruces, like many small American towns has been fighting to recreate a true downtown destination.  Many communities across the country are working hard to bring people and businesses back to the downtown areas that were once the heart and soul of the community.  Las Cruces just took the next step in bringing the public back by approving $3,649,051.89 project to once again open main street to traffic.  Main Street had been closed to create a pedestrian mall in the late 1960’s.  People of Las Cruces hope by bringing traffic back through Main Street that businesses and people will once again flock to Las Cruces’ downtown like they once did before.
